With a supportive network of dedicated educators and corporate mentors, ICA Cristo Rey delivers a unique learning experience incorporating 143 years of Dominican Catholic traditions, academic rigor, and a distinctive work study program. ICA Cristo Rey is a sisterhood like no other.

Our Dominican Pillars
At ICA Cristo Rey Academy, we are committed to fostering a learning environment grounded in the Dominican value of Veritas—or Truth. Through the pillars of Study, Prayer, Community, and Service, we nurture our students to become lifelong learners who examine the world around them, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and work toward a more just society.

STUDY
We deliver a rigorous, holistic curriculum that challenges students to seek Truth with curiosity and resilience, honoring the dignity of every person and fostering whole-person growth in every classroom.

PRAYER
Our community weaves prayer, worship, and spiritual reflection throughout the school day, helping students cultivate a thoughtful, contemplative perspective toward everyone and everything around them.

COMMUNITY
ICA Cristo Rey creates an inclusive, supportive Catholic environment where students explore Gospel values, build strong relationships of mutual care, and embrace their shared identity as a faith community.

SERVICE
Our students actively live out the Gospel message by serving others, taking on leadership roles, and demonstrating compassion to support the school, local civic communities, and the broader world.
A Dominican MSJ School
ICA Cristo Rey Academy is proud to be a Mission San Jose Dominican sponsored school. Established by the Dominican Sisters of Mission San Jose, ICA is guided by their enduring charism and rooted in a Catholic tradition that forms young women of faith, purpose, and service. As a sponsored school, ICA benefits from a two-tier governance model: the first tier is the elected Congregational Council of the Dominican Sisters of Mission San Jose, and the second tier is the Board of Trustees, each with distinct responsibilities that help steward the mission and future of the school.

Alma Mater
It's ICA we will remember, Our alma Mater of the West. In loud accord we all proclaim her, the school we love and deem the best. To ICA we pledge our honor, triumphantly we sing her praise. We will uphold her strength and valor, the maxims of her righteous ways. ICA, our Alma Mater, We will cheer you on your way. Around the blue and white we gather, cheering you, our ICA! One ringing chorus let us give, And all together do our best. Hurrah, hurrah, for ICA, Our Alma Mater of the West! The Meaning Behind Our Logo
