Strong Roots for a Vibrant Future

We are excited to announce, Strong Roots for a Vibrant Future, ICA Cristo Rey’s new three-year strategic plan, shaped by months of reflection and input from students, families, alumnae, faculty, board members, and community partners. 

Grounded in our Catholic, Dominican tradition and strengthened by the Cristo Rey model, the plan charts a bold path forward while honoring ICA Cristo Rey’s rich history. Centered on four priorities - institutional capacity, expanded reach, academic excellence, and long-term sustainability, this roadmap positions ICA to continue empowering young women to lead with courage, competence, and purpose.
