California launched the first free statewide mental health line called: Peer-Run Warm Line (1-855-845-7415).
The Peer-Run Warm Line provides assistance via phone and webchat on a nondiscriminatory basis. This non-emergency resource is available for anyone in the Bay Area seeking emotional support.

If you are feeling overwhelmed try the STOP Technique:
Stop; pause what you are doing.
Take a slow, deep breath.
Observe your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations.
Proceed with a one-thing focus. (one thing at a time)
You can practice this technique as many times as you need to until you feel some relief.
