"I love ICA Cristo Rey’s mission of empowering students to take ownership of their learning. I choose to work here everyday because we believe in taking students to and through college. We're not just here for the now, but we're trying to prepare them for the future."
XAN CARTER, MATH TEACHER
ICA does an amazing job at making everyone feel seen and heard. On my first day as a freshman, I was really nervous, but as soon as I arrived, I felt welcomed by all the staff. The teachers are always warm and approachable, making sure you feel comfortable both in class and on campus every day.

We got Spartan Spirit!
See what members of the ICA Cristo Rey community have to say about our school.
Unlike other jobs I've had, I feel like every time I come to work, I'm making a difference. That's something that I've realized is really important to me. There aren't enough women in STEM and so as a math teacher at an all-girls school, I feel like every day I'm actively working to improve those statistics.
