ICA Cristo Rey is an inclusive Catholic college-preparatory high school for young women of all faiths. Located in San Francisco's Mission District and sponsored by the Dominican Sisters of Mission San Jose, we are dedicated to empowering the next generation of women leaders.
As part of the Cristo Rey Network—a group of 40 career-focused Catholic college preparatory schools with unique Corporate Work Study programs—our college-bound students have the privilege of working one day a week in a corporate setting. This innovative program makes a college preparatory, all-girls education both accessible and affordable while equipping students for professional success.

What is it like being a teacher at ICA Cristo Rey?
ICA Cristo Rey is on a tumbling schedule with six 50-minute periods. Full-time teachers have five classes and one prep period. Each grade level works one day a week, giving additional prep periods to teachers on that work day. All teaching positions require candidates to be on campus beginning August 2025. Salary is based on faculty salary scale and commensurate with experience and education of applicant.

Unlike other jobs I've had, I feel like every time I come to work, I'm making a difference. That's something that I've realized is really important to me. There aren't enough women in STEM and so as a math teacher at an all-girls school, I feel like every day I'm actively working to improve those statistics.
