The Future of Women’s Leadership Starts Here

At ICA Cristo Rey Academy, we believe in providing an exceptional education that extends beyond the classroom and into the workplace. Through our Corporate Work Study (CWS) program, students are formed as thoughtful, purpose-driven professionals—grounded in self-awareness, community engagement, and mentorship—preparing them to become the next generation of women leaders.

With more than 95 industry partners, ICA Cristo Rey’s Corporate Work Study program integrates academic rigor with real-world professional experience. Students are placed at partner worksites where they build practical skills, gain confidence, and apply their learning in professional environments.

Students participate in a weekly rotation model, attending school four days per week and working at their dedicated partner site one day per week. From freshman through senior year, this structure allows students to grow consistently—both academically and professionally—throughout their high school experience.

About Cristo Rey Network

The Cristo Rey Network is a national network of 41 Catholic, college-preparatory high schools serving students with limited economic resources. By combining rigorous academics with four years of professional work experience, Cristo Rey Network schools support students through college and beyond—students are twice as likely to earn a bachelor’s degree by age 24 compared to their low-income peers.
