Please join us in extending a warm Spartan welcome to our new interim principal, Yvonne Faisal. She hit the ground running early July and we are so grateful to have her on board. Yvonne brings a wealth of experience to our school as an educator, leader, STEM teacher and electrical engineer.
Yvonne received her BA in Mathematics and Physics from Drury University and BS in Electrical Engineering from Washington University. She then taught Math and Engineering for over 16 years at Woodside Priory, and served as the Director of Systems & Innovation. She received her MA in Ed. & H.D. for Organization Leadership and Learning from The George Washington University. Before coming to ICA Cristo Rey, she served as the Director of Academics and then the Assistant Head of School at the SF Girls’ School.
