Are you aged 72 and above and with an IRA? Did you know that you could direct your annual Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) up to $100,000 per year to ICA Cristo Rey? Plan for charitable giving to ICA Cristo Rey Academy by donating real property. Real Estate Gifts offer immediate charitable deductions for the fair market value and the gift is not subject to capital gains taxes.

Perhaps you are planning or have established a Charitable Remainder Trust or Charitable Gift Annuity with a community foundation or financial institution. The Charitable Remainder Trust and Charitable Gift Annuity provide many benefits if funded with an appreciated asset, and they have the added benefit of providing you with a secure income stream during your lifetime. When establishing either, you can designate ICA Cristo Rey as a remainder beneficiary.
